Hilary is an MCIPD qualified leadership and change specialist and executive coach, with over ten years’ experience leading projects and teams to deliver organisational change, and developing leaders and leadership teams for sustainable success.
She has worked with a range of organisations in the UK and internationally across the private, public and not for profit sectors, so has a strong appreciation of how different cultures and organisational environments impact on leaders and the challenges they experience.

Extensive experience working with and developing executive and senior leadership teams to increase their performance, impact and effectiveness
Executive coaching for a range of clients across sectors including media, public services, charities and professional services
Leading large scale organisational and cultural change programmes
Hilary holds a Masters in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster Business School, as well as a degree in Psychology and English from the University of Liverpool. She is a qualified and experienced executive coach, accredited in a number of psychometric tools and holds qualifications in NLP and project management.
